The Bharat Scouts and Guides being the Project Implementing Agency for execution of the DDU-GKY project, allotted in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. Contractual post as mentioned below is required to be filled for the said project. The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be held on 20th October, 2022 and selected candidate may be asked to join duty within First Week of November, 2022 or Earlier.
The recruitment in the project is on fully contractual basis and as per the norms of the project. The details of the posts are as follows:
Position Name: Project Head
No. of Positions: 1 (Delhi)
Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any field with 4 years of experience in DDUGKY in relevant position with experience of at least 1 successful completion of DDUGKY Project. Must have good hold of English and Hindi Language and Communication.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Ensuring that training/revenue targets are met at center.
Arrange meetings with government officials.
Verifying all the details/documents to be submitted officially to SRLM or NHQ.
Monitor all other departments on the guidelines.
Consistently monitor the skill environment and notifications issued by the authorities and ensure implementation.
Update reports to concerned authorities, attend project meetings and update progress.
Ensuring all the programs operate in alignment with respective Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Verify all the work division and same needs to be done within the time given.
Preparing all the documentation for the installments.
Attending SRLM meetings and Training Sessions.
Coordination with Placement cell and arrange the interviews for candidates.
Maintain all the proper documentation at 0% risk level.
Ensure facilities to the entire staff for smooth batch functioning.
