Scout Library – http://scoutlibrary.in has been designed, developed and hosted by BlueBurn India. It is powered by the Team Tejas. Team Tejas is a group of 14 members. Our Aim is spread the scouting knowledge world wide. And everyone can get the valid information about the scout organization. without restrictions or limit and be updated. The scout library service is totally free and simple.


  • Scout Library is Free Encyclopaedia. That provides or share scouting knowledge worldwide. User can search or explore information from this website (http://scoutlibrary.in). Also user can edit/Suggest information related to scouting. User required an account in Scout Library to add or edit the information.

  • You must be at least 10 years old to use the Service and 13 year old for posting or editing contents.

  • Remember the Scout/ Guide Law and Promise when using the Scout Library.

  • You agree that by clicking “Register”. This “Agreement” includes this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and other terms that will be displayed to you at the time you first use certain features, as may be amended by Scout Library from time to time. If you do not agree to this Agreement, do NOT click “Register” (or similar) and do not access or otherwise use any of our Services.

  • Registered users of our Services are “Members” and unregistered users are “Visitors”. This Agreement applies to both.
